هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف مدى توافر المهارات الحياتية في كتاب الدراسات الاسلامية للصف الثاني المتوسط في ضوء النظرية المعرفية الاجتماعية. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ثم استمارة تحليل المحتوى بهدف تعرف درجة توافر المهارات الحياتية في كتاب الصف الدراسات الإسلامية للصف الثاني المتوسط. تم تحديد المهارات الحياتية في أربعة مجالات تشمل مهارات فرعية لكل مجال وهي المهارات العقلية (مهارات التفكير)، المهارات اليدوية (العملية)، المهارات الاجتماعية، المهارات الانفعالية. توصلت النتائج إلى أن المهارات العقلية (مهارات التفكير) جاءت في المرتبة الأولى بدرجة توافر متوسطة، تليها المهارات الانفعالية ثم المهارات الاجتماعية، جاءت في المرتبة الأخيرة اليدوية (العملية) بدرجة توافر منخفضة، وأوصت بضرورة العمل على التوسع بالمهارات الاجتماعية واليدوية للصف الثاني المتوسط في كتاب الدراسات الإسلامية، وضرورة المحافظة على مجال المهارات العقلية. The study aimed to know the availability of life skills in the Islamic studies book for the second intermediate grade in the light of social cognitive theory, and used the descriptive analytical approach, then the content analysis form in order to know the degree of availability of life skills in the Islamic studies class book for the second intermediate grade, and the study determined the life skills in Four domains include sub-skills for each domain, which are mental skills (thinking skills), manual skills (practical), social skills, and emotional skills. The results of the study concluded that mental skills (thinking skills) came in the first place with a medium degree of availability, followed by emotional skills, then social skills, and the manual (practical) ranked last with a low degree of availability, and recommended the need to work on expanding social and manual skills for the second intermediate grade.
