تهدف الدراسة التعرف على العوامل التي تسهم في رفع مستوى تكيف المتعلمين، وتفاعلهم في بيئة التعليم الإلكتروني من خلال البحث في الأدبيات عن تلك العوامل التي تسهم في رفع من درجة تكيف المتعلمين، وتفاعلهم. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي القائم على وصف الظاهرة كما هي، من خلال استخدام أسلوب التحليل، والاستقراء الأدبيات للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة. أوضحت الدراسة أبرز العوامل التي تدفع الطلاب، وتشجعهم على التكيف في استخدام البيئة الإلكترونية، ومن أبرزها: كفاءة النظام الإلكتروني في تقديم المحتوى العلمي، والوسائط المتعددة التي تمتاز بالمرونة المطلقة، والفائدة المكتسبة من النظام الإلكتروني، ويعد سهولة استخدام النظام الإلكتروني من أبرز العوامل التي تسهم في تكيف التعلم أثناء التعلم في البيئات الإلكترونية. أوضحت الدراسة أنواع التفاعل في البيئات التعلم، وهي: التفاعل بين الطالب والطالب، التفاعل بين الطالب وعضو هيئة التدريس، التفاعل بين الطالب والمحتوى. قدمت الدراسة عددا من التوصيات، أبرزها: أن الخطوة الأساسية في التعلم عن بعد هو التصميم التعليمي للمحتوى التفاعلي، وتصميم نشاط، يوفر خبرات التعلم للطلبة مع بعضهم تفاعليا مع معلم المادة، والزملاء، ومن المهم جدا: التأكيد على ضرورة أن تتمحور أنماط التفاعل كافة حول المتعلم من خلال التركيز على إنشاء أنماط من التفاعل في بيئة التعليم التي تسهم في رفع مستوى مهارات الطلاب في التعامل مع التقنية، ومهارات التعلم الذاتي، والتعاوني، والتفكير الإبداعي، وحل المشكلات، وتوجد بعض المهام التي لا بد من أن تتحقق من المتعلم، ومن أهمها: القدرة على تحمل مسؤولية التعلم، والانضباط الذاتي، والدافعية، والاتجاه الإيجابي نحو التعلم المعتمد على التقنية. The study aims to identify the factors that contribute to raising the level of learners’ adaptation and interaction in the e-learning environment by searching the literature for those factors that contribute to raising the degree of learners’ adaptation and interaction. The study used the descriptive approach based on “describing the phenomenon as it is, from through the use of analysis and literature induction to answer the study’s questions, the study clarified the most prominent factors that motivate students and encourage them to adapt in using the electronic environment: the most prominent of which are: the efficiency of the electronic system in providing scientific content, multimedia that is characterized by absolute flexibility, and the benefit gained from the system electronic. The ease of using the electronic system is one of the most prominent factors that contribute to adapting learning while learning in electronic environments. The study clarified the types of interaction in learning environments, which are: interaction between the student and the student, the interaction between the student and the faculty member, and the interaction between the student and the content. The study presented several recommendations, the most prominent of which are: The basic step in distance learning is the educational design of interactive content, and the design of an activity that provides learning experiences for students with each other interactively with the subject teacher and colleagues. It is very important to emphasize the need for all interaction patterns to revolve around. The learner by focusing on creating patterns of interaction in the educational environment that contribute to raising the level of students’ skills in dealing with technology and the skills of self- and cooperative learning, creative thinking, and problem solving. There are some tasks that must be achieved by the learner, the most important of which are: the ability to take responsibility for learning, self-discipline, motivation, and a positive attitude towards technology-based learning.
