هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن البنية العاملية لمقياس التوافق النفسي لمعلمي المرحلة الثانوية في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية. تكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من (232) معلم ومعلمة، تراوحت أعمارهم بين (23-60) عام وذلك للعام الدراسي 2021. طبق مقياس التوافق النفسي للمعلم (إعداد الباحثة) على عينة البحث الأساسية. أظهرت النتائج الآتي: 1) وجود أربعة عوامل أساسية تسهم في قياس متغير التوافق النفسي وهم (الإنفعالي، الاجتماعي، والقيمي، والتوافق مع الذات). 2) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات المعلمين علي مقياس التوافق النفسي تعزى لمتغير النوع (ذكور، إناث). 3) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات المعلمين على مقياس التوافق النفسي تعزى لمتغير التخصص الأكاديمي. This research aimed at revealing the factors contributing to the psychological adjustment of secondary school teachers in the light of some demographic variables basic sample of this research comprised (232) male and female teachers between (23-60) years during the scholastic year 2021. Perceived the teacher’s psychological adjustment scale (prepared by the researcher) was administered to the basic sample. The results revealed that: 1) there were four main factors contributing to measuring perceived psychological adjustment (Emotional compatibility - Social compatibility - compatibility with values and Self compatibility). 2) There were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores attained males and females secondary school teachers on total score of the perceived psychological adjustment scale or its subscales. 3) There were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores attained to the variable of academic specialization.
