تهدف الباحثة إلى الكشف عن فاعلية أنشطة العلاج الوظائفي في تنمية مهارات ماقبل الكتابة لدى أطفال الشلل الدماغي وكذلك الفروق بين متوسطي رتب درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية ذوي الشلل الدماغي على مقياس مهارات ما قبل الكتابة وأبعاده الفرعية (مهارات التلوين والتوصيل، مهارات التآزر البصري الحركي ونسخ الأشكال) في القياسين القبلي والبعدي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (10) أطفال من ذوي الشلل الدماغي. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطي رتب درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية ذوي الشلل الدماغي على الدرجة الكلية لمقياس مهارات ما قبل الكتابة وأبعاده الفرعية (مهارات التلوين والتوصيل، مهارات التآزر البصري الحركي ونسخ الأشكال) في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لصالح القياس البعدي. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية ذوي الشلل الدماغي على البعديين الفرعيين (مهارات التلوين والتوصيل، مهارات التآزر البصري الحركي ونسخ الأشكال) في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي، بينما يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي رتب درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية على الدرجة الكلية لمقياس مهارات ما قبل الكتابة في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي لصالح القياس التتبعي. The researcher aims to reveal the effectiveness of occupational therapy activities in developing pre-writing skills for children with cerebral palsy, as well as the differences between the mean scores of the experimental group children with cerebral palsy on the pre-writing skills scale and its sub-dimensions (coloring and communication skills, visual-motor coordination skills and copying shapes). In the pre and post measurements, and the study sample consisted of (10) children with cerebral palsy, the results of the study found that there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the mean ranks of the scores of the experimental group children with cerebral palsy on the total score of the pre-writing skills scale and its dimensions. The sub-scales (coloring and communication skills, visual-kinetic synergy skills and copying shapes) in the tribal and remote measurements in favor of the post-measurement. The results of the study concluded that there were no statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of the scores of the experimental group children with cerebral palsy on the two sub dimensions (coloring and communication skills, visual-motor coordination skills and copying shapes) in the post and tracking measurements, while there is a statistically significant difference at the (0.05) level between the mean ranks of the scores of the children of the experimental group on the total score of the pre-writing skills scale in the post and follow-up measurements in favor of the follow-up measurement.
