This study aims to assess the impact of COVID-19 on students at the College of Education at Kuwait University who may develop obsessive-compulsive disorder. Methods: Questionnaires were conducted on students via the Internet with 450 students from the first year, 225 students who did not experienced the Covid-19 epidemic from the beginning, and 225 students who experience the outbreak as were third-grade students, 225 students with the relationship between the epidemic and its relation to obsessive-compulsive disorder and mental Mindfulness. Two scales were used: The Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale and the Kentucky Inventory of Mindfulness. The participant's scores were compared with the results of first- and third grade male and female students. The results were: that mindfulness explains the level of obsessive-compulsive disorder and indicates that the higher the level of mindfulness, the lower the level of obsessive-compulsive disorder among the students of the research sample. The gender variable is female and male, where the differences are in favor of males, which indicates a low level of obsessive-compulsive disorder in males and a high level in females. On the other hand, the average scores of the third-year college students at the level of dimensions and the total score of the Mindfulness Scale were higher than the average scores of the first-year college students, and the differences were in favor of the third-year students. Note that the level of obsessive-compulsive disorder among students of the research sample is due to the grade year variable. The differences came in favor of the students of the third year, which indicates the low level of obsessive-compulsive disorder among students of the third school year and its increase among students of the first year. In addition, it was possible to predict obsessive-compulsive disorder among the students of the research sample by knowing their scores on the dimensions of the mental Mindfulness scale.
