يهدف هذا البحث إلى وضع قائمة بمعايير تصميم الوسائط الفائقة، وتم استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عرض واستخلاص المعايير من الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة. وذلك للتوصل إلى استبانة بالمعايير لاستطلاع رأى الخبراء في تكنولوجيا التعليم في مدى وضوح صياغة كل معيار وصحته العلمية، وكفاية المعايير ومؤشراتها، وعلاقة المؤشرات بالمعايير المنتمية إليها. وقد توصل البحث إلى قائمة بالمعايير الواجب مراعاتها عند تصميم الوسائط الفائقة ببئات التعلم الالكتروني، وتتوزع تلك المعايير على مجالين هما المجال التربوي ويضم عدد ثمانية معايير ينتمي إليها خمسون مؤشرًا، والمجال التكنولوجي ويضم عدد عشرة معايير ينتمي إليها ستون مؤشرًا. This research aims to develop a criteria list for hypermedia-based e-learning programs. The research used the descriptive analytical approach in presenting and extracting criteria from the literature and related previous studies. The research relied on developing a questionnaire to survey regarding the clarity of the formulation of each standard and its scientific validity, the adequacy of standards and their indicators, and the relationship of indicators to the standards belonging to it. The questionnaire applied to a sample of arbitrators specialized in the fields of both educational technology and quality standards. The results of the research resulted in reaching a list of standards for hypermedia-based e-learning programs, consisting of two main fields: Educational field of standards, and technological field of standards, under which there are (18) criteria and (110) indicators.
