استهدفت هذه الدراسة وضع تصور مقترح لإمكانية تحقيق نموذج جامعة الابتكار بالجامعات المصرية من منظور مقاربة الحلزون الثلاثي و في ضوء أفضل المُمارسات العالمية للجامعات الرائدة الأكثر ابتكارًا على الصعيد العالمي، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وتناولت الدراسة في جانبها النظري إطارًا مفاهيميًا عن الابتكار بالجامعات ومنهجية قياسه، ونموذج الحلزون الثلاثي من حيث المفهوم والنشأة والأبعاد والخصائص والمقومات، والأسس الفكرية والفلسفية لجامعة الابتكار من حيث المفهوم والفلسفة والأبعاد والخصائص والمقومات واستراتيجيات العمل، ودورها في دعم ورعاية الابتكار في إطار مقاربة الحلزون الثلاثي، كما تناولت الدراسة أيضًا بعض التجارب العالمية المتميزة في مجال جامعات الابتكار، وملامح التجربة المصرية في رعاية الابتكار وجهود جامعة أسوان في هذا المجال. بينما اعتمدت الدراسة في جانبها الميداني على تطبيق استبانة لقياس درجة توافر متطلبات تحقيق نموذج جامعة الابتكار بجامعة أسوان من منظور عينة ممثلة من القيادات الأكاديمية وأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة من المهتمين بالأنشطة الابتكارية والمشاركين بالمشروعات الريادية بالجامعة. وكشفت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية عن بذل جامعة أسوان بعض الجهود في سبيل تحقيق نموذج جامعة الابتكار، وخصوصًا مع تأسيس مكتب نقل وتسويق التكنولوجيا والابتكار (تايكو أسوان) بتمويل من أكاديمية البحث العلمي والتكنولوجيا، ولكنها مازالت تحتاج لمزيد من الجهد في توفير المتطلبات الإدارية والبشرية والمالية والتقنية في سبيل التحول لجامعة مبتكرة تستطيع المنافسة في التصنيف الدولي للجامعات العالمية الأكثر ابتكارًا، وفي النهاية توصلت الدراسة لتصور مقترح لإمكانية تحويل جامعة أسوان لجامعة مبتكرة من منظور مقاربة الحلزون الثلاثي وفي ضوء أفضل مُمارسات الجامعات الأكثر ابتكارًا على الصعيد العالمي، ويستند هذا التصور على فلسفة و أهداف و منطلقات وأسس وآليات وضمانات وإجراءات تحقيق. This study aimed to develop a proposed vision for the possibility of achieving the innovation university model in the Egyptian universities from the perspective of the triple helix approach and in the light of the best international practices of the most innovative leading universities on the global level. And the methodology for measuring it, and the triple helix model in terms of concept, origin, dimensions, characteristics and components, and the intellectual and philosophical foundations of the University of Innovation in terms of concept, philosophy, dimensions, characteristics, components and business strategies, and its role in supporting and nurturing innovation within the framework of the helix approach Triple. The study also dealt with some distinguished international experiences in the field of innovation universities, the features of the Egyptian experience in supporting and sponsoring innovation, and the efforts of Aswan University in this field. While the study, in its field aspect, relied on the application of a questionnaire to measure the degree of availability of the requirements for achieving the innovation university model at Aswan University from the perspective of a representative sample of academic leaders and faculty members at the university who are interested in innovative activities and participants in pioneering projects at the university. The results of the field study revealed that Aswan University made some efforts. In order to achieve the innovation university model, especially with the establishment of the Technology and Innovation Transfer and Marketing Office (Tycho Aswan) funded by the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology, But it still needs more effort in providing the administrative, human, financial and technical requirements in order to transform into an innovative university that has the ability to compete in the international classification of the most innovative global universities. Finally, the study came up with a proposed vision of the possibility of transforming Aswan University into an innovative university from the perspective of the snail approach. And in light of the best practices of the most innovative universities in the world, this perception is based on a philosophy, goals, starting points, foundations, mechanisms, guarantees, conditions, and investigation procedures.
