هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج تدريبي؛ لتنمية أداء الطالبة المعلمة برياض الأطفال في ضوء المعايير المهنية لمعلمات الروضة بالمملكة العربية السعودية. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي، وطبقت برنامج تدريبي، واختبار معرفي، وبطاقة ملاحظة، كأدوات للدراسة على عينة بلغت (68) طالبة من طالبات المستوى الثامن ببرنامج رياض الأطفال بجامعة المجمعة في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتم توزيعهن على مجموعتين متساويتين وبطريقة عشوائية. أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات الاختبار المعرفي في التطبيق القبلي ومتوسط درجاتهن في الاختبار المعرفي البعدي، وجاءت الفروق لصالح التطبيق البعدي في المجموعة التجريبية، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في القياس البعدي لاختبار الجانب المعرفي مع عزل أثر الاختبار القبلي، وجاءت الفروق لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في القياس البعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة أداء الطالبة المعلمة لرياض الأطفال، وجاءت الفروق لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. وجاءت أبرز توصيات الدراسة باعتماد البرنامج التدريبي في هذه الدراسة كأحد مكونات البرامج العملية للطالبة المعلمة في رياض الأطفال. The study aims at revealing the effectiveness of a training program for developing the performance of kindergarten student teacher in the light of the professional standards of kindergarten teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study follows the semi-experimental approach, and applies a training program, a cognitive test, and observation card; as tools for the study on a sample of (68) students of the eighth level students of the kindergarten program at Majmaah University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and distributed into two groups equally and randomly. The results show that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the cognitive test in the pre-application and the mean of their scores in the post-cognitive test. In addition, the differences are in favor of the experimental group, and the results show that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the post measurement of the performance observation card of the kindergarten teacher. Besides, the differences came in favor of the experimental group. The recommendations of the study approve the accreditation of the training program as one of the components of the practical programs for the student teacher in kindergarten. (Published abstract)
