هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة استخدام استراتيجية التعليم المتمايز من وجهة نظر معلمي الطلبة الموهوبين في منطقة الباحة. وكذلك التعرف على الفروقات في متوسط درجة أفراد العينة على مقياس الدراسة تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتصميم مقياس استراتيجية التعليم المتمايز، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من معلمي الطلبة الموهوبين في منطقة الباحة والبالغ عددهم (79) معلما ومعلمة. وتمثلت عينة الدراسة بنفس عدد مجتمع الدراسة أي ما نسبته (100%) من مجتمع الدراسة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن متوسط الدرجة الكلية لمقياس الدراسة جاءت مرتفعة بمتوسط حسابي (4.22) وانحراف معياري (0.896)، وجاءت أبعاد الدراسة مرتبة تنازليا على التوالي: بعد (مخرجات التعلم (الأهداف) في المرتبة الأولى، ثم بعد المحتوى التعليمي، فبعد بيئة التعلم، ثم والتقويم، ثم الوسائل والتقنيات التعليمية، ثم بعد الاستراتيجيات والأنشطة التعليمية في المرتبة الأخيرة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة كذلك إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على مقياس الدراسة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على مقياس الدراسة تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة في التعليم. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تكثيف تدريب المعلمين على كيفية تطبيق استراتيجية التعليم المتمايز خاصة ما يتعلق في مجال الوسائل التعليمية والاستراتيجيات والأنشطة التعليمية. The study aimed to reveal the degree of using Differentiated learning strategy from the point of view of the gifted students' teacher's in Al-Baha area. As well as to identify the differences in the average degrees of the sample on the scale of study due to variables (sex, educational qualification, years of experience). In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed the scale of differentiated learning strategy, The study used the descriptive analytical method. The study's population consisted of 79 teachers of gifted students teacher's in Al-Baha area, while the sample of the study represented the same number of study population (100%) of the study population. The results of the study found that the average of total degree of the study's scale was high with a mean of (4.22) and a standard deviation (0.896). The dimensions of the study came in descending order respectively after (learning outcomes (goals) in the first, then the educational content, learning environment, evaluation, teaching aids and techniques, and the strategies and educational activities in the last. The results of the study also found that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) in the responses of the study sample on the study's scale due to the sex variable. while the results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) in the responses of the study sample on the study's scale due to the variables of educational qualification and years of experience in education. The study recommended the need to intensify training teachers on how to apply differentiated learning strategy, especially in the area of teaching aids and educational strategies and activities.
