التربية والتنشئة والقانون والمجتمع والمواطنة والتعددية والتعايش السلمي والديمقراطية.. كلّ هذه المفاهيم وما قارب مدلولاتها مثّلت مواضيع العديد من المشاريع البحثيّة ومحور جدالات فكرية وحزبية ومؤسساتية مع مطلع الألفية الثالثة خاصة لما رافقها من تقلبات جيوسياسية لا سيّما ما اصطلح عليه "الربيع العربي". ومن هنا أصبحت هذه المسائل، وهي فكريّة بالأساس، ملحّة في طرحها في عصرنا الراهن. وضمن هذا المنطلق تندرج هذه المقالة لمحاولة تفكيك هذه المفاهيم وتنزيلها على الواقع المعيش التونسي في إطار رؤية استشرافيّة ومقاربة مجتمعيّة تنضبط وتحترم طبائع المجتمع التونسي والثقافة السائدة فيه. كما تحاول هذه المقالة تقديم مقترحات إجابات عن مجموعة أسئلة راهنة ومحوريّة أبرزها: 1) ماهي سمات المواطن التونسي ومقومات المواطنة حسب مدونة دستور 2014؟ 2) ماهي المقاربات البيداغوجية والتعلمية الأنسب لتنشئة جيل مواطني يحقق الرؤية أو المقاربة التونسية للمواطنة حسب المدونة القانونية المحليّة؟ (الملخص المنشور)

Education, upbringing, law, society, citizenship, pluralism, peaceful coexistence, democracy.. All of these concepts and their implications represented the topics of many research projects and the focus of intellectual, partisan and institutional debates at the beginning of the third millennium, especially because of the geopolitical fluctuations that accompanied it, especially what was termed the "Arab Spring". Hence, these issues, which are primarily intellectual, have become urgent in our time. Within this premise, this article is an attempt to dismantle these concepts and apply them to the Tunisian living reality within the framework of a forward-looking vision and a societal approach that disciplines and respects the nature of Tunisian society and the prevailing culture in it. This article attempts to provide suggestions for answers to a set of current and central questions, most notably: 1) What are the characteristics of the Tunisian citizen and the elements of citizenship according to the 2014 constitution? 2) What are the most appropriate pedagogical and educational approaches to raise a generation of citizens that achieve the Tunisian vision or approach to citizenship according to the local legal code?
