تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى جودة الخدمات الأكاديمية والمهنية الموجهة للطلاب على ضوء متغير الجنس والمستوى الدراسي. ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المستند على تصميم أداة الاستبانة، وطبقت على عينة من طلبة الجامعة (150 طالب وطالبة). وأشارت نتائج الدراسة: 1) أن مستوى جودة الخدمات الموجهة للطلبة جاء متوسطا على مجال الخدمات الأكاديمية والخدمات المهنية والدرجة الكلية. 2) عدم وجود فروق دالة تعزى الى الجنس والمستوى الدراسي. وقد تم وضع مقترحات عملية تمثلت في برنامج موضوعاتي للإرشاد الأكاديمي والمرافقة يستعين بها المختص في تصميم مخطط عمله السنوي. The study aims at revealing the level quality of the academic and professional services for students at the light of gender and academic level. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method based on the design of the questionnaire. The sample of the study was of 150 students from Ahmed ZABANA University (Algeria). The results showed: 1) The level quality of services was rated as average at the total score and at the two fields of the instrument, 2) There were no significant differences attributed to gender, the academic level. Practical proposals were developed represented in a thematic program for academic advising and accompanying to be used by the specialist in designing his annual work plan. (Published abstract)
