يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف أهم الآليات التي تساهم في مجابهة ظاهرة التنمر الإلكتروني في الوسط المدرسي حسب رأي الأساتذة ومشرفي التربية، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي. بحيث تم الاستعانة باستبيان من إعداد الباحثان. وطبق على العينة والتي تمثلت في (56) أستاذ ومشرف تربية. وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) تصدرت إستراتيجية" إعداد البرامج الإرشادية والتوعوية لمساعدة ضحية التنمر على تجاوز الاضطرابات التي حدثت له، وتدريبه على استراتيجيات المواجهة" بمستوى مرتفع بحيث حصلت على متوسط حسابي مقدر ب (2.71)، 2) تلتها إستراتيجية "تفعيل التعاون مع مختلف المؤسسات الأسرة، المدرسة، الجامعات والمساجد لإقامة الندوات وتوعية أفراد المجتمع" و" نهج سياسة التدخل المبكر من خلال التنبؤ بسلوك المتنمر في المدرسة" بقيمة المتوسط الحسابي (2.70)، 3) عدم وجود فروق في إجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الطور الدراسي. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تقترح الدراسة دعوة المسئولين لتبني بعض من الآليات التي تثبت فعاليتها في الحد من هذه ظاهرة. The paper aims to detect the most important mechanisms that contribute to confronting the phenomenon of cyberbullying in the school environment from the teacher and education supervisors point of view: 1) using the descriptive method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire prepared by article's authors. The sample consisted of (56) teachers and education supervisors. The results showed that the strategy of “preparing counselling and awareness programs to help victims of bullying overcome the disturbances that occurred to him, and training him in coping strategies”, reached the highest arithmetic mean estimated at (2.71), 2) followed by the strategy of "activating cooperation with institutions such as schools, universities, and mosques to hold seminars and teaching society members " and " the early intervention policy approach by predicting the behaviour of the bully in school" with an arithmetic mean value of (2.70), 3) in addition, the absence of significant differences in the answers of the study sample is attributed to the variable of the school phase. Due to these results, the study proposes to invite policymakers to adopt effective mechanisms to reduce cyberbullying. (Published abstract)
