هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن اثر ثقافة ريادة الأعمال في استشراق المستقبل المهني لدى طلبة التعليم ما بعد الأساسي في محافظة جنوب الباطنة بسلطنة عمان، من خلال دراسة ثلاث محاور تمثلت بإلمام طلبة التعليم ما بعد الأساسي بثقافة ريادة الأعمال، وتوجههم نحوها، وتحديات ريادة الأعمال من وجهة نظر الطلبة، كما تم البحث في تحديد الفروق بين استجاباتهم على استبيان اثر ثقافة ريادة الأعمال في استشراق المستقبل المهني تبعاً لمتغير الجنس (ذكر، أنثى)، والمسار (بحتي، تطبيقي)، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأداة الدراسة الاستبيان، حيث تألفت عينة الدراسة من (336) من طلبة مدارس محافظة جنوب الباطنة ، واختيرت العينة بالأسلوب العشوائي وصممت استبانة لقياس أثر ثقافة ريادة الأعمال في استشراق المستقبل المهني وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج. The study aimed to reveal the impact of the culture of entrepreneurship on the orientalization of the professional future of post-basic education students in the Governorate of South Al Batinah in the Sultanate of Oman, through the study of three axes represented by the knowledge of the post-basic education students with the culture of entrepreneurship, and their orientation towards it, and the challenges of entrepreneurship from The students’ point of view, as it was searched to determine the differences between their responses to the questionnaire of the impact of entrepreneurship culture on the orientalization of the professional future according to the gender variable (male, female), and the path (pure, applied). The study sample consisted of (336) students from South Al Batinah Governorate schools. The sample was chosen by random method and a questionnaire was designed to measure the impact of entrepreneurship culture on the orienting of the professional future. (Published abstract)
