هدفت الدراسة إلى تقصي فاعلية تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تنمية الوعي الفونيمي بمقرر اللغة الإنجليزية لدى تلميذات الصف السادس الابتدائي، أستخدم المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة مع اختبار قبلي بعدي. وبلغت عينة الدراسة 79 تلميذة، قسمت عشوائياً إلى مجموعتين: التجريبية بلغت 39 تلميذة، درست باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي، والضابطة 40 تلميذة، درست بالطريقة التقليدية، وتم ضبط وتطبيق اختبار الوعي الفونيمي المتضمن 30 مفردة شملت الأبعاد الثلاث : (Vowels Consonants, Diphthongs)، قبلياً وبعدياً على مجموعتي الدراسة. وكشفت النتائج بعد معالجتها إحصائياً باستخدام اختبار (ت) ومربع إينا عن فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات تلميذات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في الاختبار البعدي للوعي الفونيمي في أبعاده الثلاثة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، مما يشير إلى فاعلية تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تنمية الوعي الفونيمي في مقرر اللغة الإنجليزية لدى تلميذات الصف السادس الابتدائي. The study aims at investigating the efficacy of artificial intelligence in improving EFL phonemic awareness among sixth grade female students. A quasi-experimental approach was adopted with two groups' pre-posttest design. The participants were 79 students randomly assigned to two groups: the experimental group (N=39) that learnt through Artificial Intelligence Application and the control group (N=40) that learnt through the traditional method. A phonemic awareness test comprising three dimensions (vowels, consonants, diphthongs) was prepared, validated, and implemented before and after the treatment. Data was analyzed using T-test and Eta squared. Findings revealed statistically significant differences between the traditional and experimental group post test scores across the three dimensions in favor of the experimental group. Findings denote the efficacy of artificial intelligence in improving EFL phonemic awareness among sixth grade female students. (Published abstract)
