We have tried, through this study, to address the problem of language disorders in its relationship with learning difficulties in children, by adopting a psych cognitive approach that combines the two psycho-metric and neuro-metric clinical. dimensions. This approach allowed us to analyze and discuss a set of concepts, disorders, symptoms and tools, and above all the clarification of details concerning dyslexia and dysgraphia, as two practiced examples. We believe that the ordinary reader, and the specialized researcher interested in language disorders in their relationship with the difficulties of school learning, will find in this study a rich scientific material, nourished by a set of knowledge, data and results which meet some of its aspirations and expectations, and which, in some way, shed light on most of its questions and questions concerning this issue which has so far constituted fertile ground for scientific research in the Arab world, whether in level of psychological and pedagogical research in its theoretical, experimental and field dimensions, or at the level of applied intervention in its diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive dimensions, by adopting a multidisciplinary team, which associates the neurologist the occupational therapist, the social worker, speech therapist, psychotherapist, psychologist and pedagogue.
