The world is witnessing in this era tremendous developments in the field of information technology and means of communication; hence the countries had to make efforts to keep abreast of these developments and changes in order to make the most of this technology and its associated educational methods and devices in support of the educational process, and e-learning emerges as a method It would support the educational process and transform it from the stage of indoctrination to one of creativity, interaction and skill development. Hence, the research objectives that revolve around learning about the concept and importance of smart boards, learning about the concept of students’academic achievement, learning about the impact of smart panels on student achievement in the English language, explaining the possibility of increasing development opportunities in teaching the science course in our lives using smart panels Finally, investigate the effectiveness of teaching using smart boards. This study contributes in encouraging English language teachers to use smart panels in the teaching of the English language, which enhances teaching outcomes and increases student achievement rates. This study provides a clearer vision for decision makers about the use of technology in the education sector, especially in teaching, given the improvement of outputs, the use of smart panels in terms of their value and positive educational impact, and the advantage of the results of this study in drawing plans for teacher training programs during the use of teachers ’jobs and jobs.
