The degree of computer employment in school administration in Palestinian and Jordanian government schools from the viewpoint of the principals themselves [Article]
The study aimed to identify the degree of computer employment in school administration in Palestinian and Jordanian government schools from the viewpoint of the principals themselves and the impact of: gender, educational qualification, years of service in administration, and the state on the degree of computer employment in Management School in Palestinian and Jordanian government schools from the viewpoint of the principals themselves. The sample of the study consisted of (160) male and female managers. The results of the study found that the degree of computer employment in school administration in Palestinian and Jordanian government schools from the point of view of the principals themselves in a holistic manner and in the areas of (administrative and student) came with an average level of practice, the field of the teacher came with a low degree of use. The results of the study indicated that there are statistically significant differences in the degree of computer employment in the school administration in Palestinian and Jordanian government schools from the viewpoint of the principals themselves attributed to gender, in the areas of management and the student and the tool in a holistic way and in favor of females, as the results of the study indicated There are statistically significant differences in the degree of computer employment in school administration in Palestinian and Jordanian government schools from the viewpoint of the principals themselves due to the state variable, in the student field and in the interest of Jordan, the results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of computer employment in school administration in Palestinian and Jordanian government schools from the viewpoint of the principals themselves attributed to the variable: the academic qualification and years of service in the administration. The researchers recommend a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Activating the employment of computers in the educational environment in practice, to reflect this on the level of job performance of school employees to achieve their desired goals.
