هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على الدور الذي تقوم به إدارة العلاقات العامة في الجامعات السودانية، وأثرها في جمهور الطلبة، وموازنة أدائها. وكذلك الوصول إلى توصيات محددة بشأن أهم الطرق والوسائل لإدارة وتنمية العلاقات العامة، والتعرف على المشكلات والعقبات التي تواجه إدارة العلاقات العامة بالجامعات السودانية. تكمن مشكلة البحث في معرفة الدور الذي تقوم به إدارة العلاقات العامة بالجامعات السودانية تجاه جمهور الطلبة. تم استخدام المنهج الإستطلاعي في هذا البحث، وتم استخدام دراسة الحالة لمعرفة ما تواجه إدارة العلاقات العامة في بعض الجامعات السودانية من عقبات أثناء أدائها. This study aimed to identify the role played by the Department of Public Relations in Sudanese universities, and its impact on the student audience, and balance its performance. As well as reaching specific recommendations on the most important ways and means to manage and develop public relations, and to identify the problems and obstacles facing the management of public relations in Sudanese universities. The research problem lies in knowing the role played by the public relations department in Sudanese universities towards the student population. The exploratory method was used in this research, and the case study was used to find out the obstacles facing some public universities in the Sudanese universities during their performance.
