اهتمت هذه الدراسة بمشكلة التنمر المدرسي. وهي دراسة وصفية تشخيصية لهذه الظاهرة من خلال استطلاع ميداني مطبق على عينة تركبت من 320 معلما في مدارس التعليم العام الحكومي في منطقة حائل بالمملكة العربية السعودية. وهدفت للتعرف على مدى انتشار التنمر المدرسي، وسمات الطلاب المعنيين به سواء أكانوا مُعتدين أم ضحايا، وتشخيص دوافعه وأسبابه والتأثيرات الناجمة عنه. فضلا عن رصد مرئيات المعلمين بخصوص السبل الكفيلة بالوقاية منها. وانطلقت الدراسة من عدد من الأبحاث السعودية والأجنبية ساعدت على قراءة المؤشرات والمعطيات الإحصائية. ولقد خلصت استنتاجاتها إلى أن واقع الظاهرة في منطقة الحائل لا يختلف كثيرا عما وضحته دراسات سابقة في سياقات إجتماعية أخرى، غير أنها كشفت عن أهمية الجانب التفاعلي والرمزي في دراسة التنمر مع ربطه بخصوصيات مرحلة المراهقة، إلى جانب أهمية ظهور التنمر الإلكتروني كنمط جديد تجاوز المحيط المدرسي ليمتد إلى المجال التفاعلي الإجتماعي مما يستدعي منهجية وقائية وعلاجية. This study concerned with the problem of school bullying. It is a descriptive and diagnostic study of this phenomenon through a field survey applied to a sample of 320 teachers in public education schools in the city of Hail, Saudi Arabia. It aims to identify the extent of school bullying, the characteristics of students involved in it, whether they are aggressors or victims, and diagnose its motives, causes and effects. As well as monitoring teachers' views on ways to prevent them. The study was launched from a number of Saudi and foreign research studies that helped read indicators and statistical data. The study concluded that the reality of the phenomenon in the city of Hail is not very different from what was shown by previous studies in other social contexts, but it revealed the importance of the interactive and symbolic aspect in studying bullying while linking it to the peculiarities of adolescence, as well as the importance of the emergence of electronic bullying as a new pattern that transcends the school environment To extend to the social interactive field, which calls for a preventive and curative methodology.
