هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى توافر سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى الموظفين الإداريين في المديريات العامة للتربية والتعليم بسلطنة عمان، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (450) من الموظفين الإداريين. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى توافر سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى الموظفين الإداريين في المديريات العامة للتربية والتعليم بسلطنة عمان جاء عال جدا بصورة إجمالية، كما جاء بمستوى عال جدا في محاور الضمير، والكياسة، والروح الرياضية، بينما جاء بمستوى عال في محوري الإيثار، والسلوك الحضاري. كما كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) لمستوى سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى الموظفين الإداريين في المديريات العامة للتربية والتعليم بسلطنة عمان تعزى لمتغيري سنوات الخبرة والمحافظة، بينما وجدت هذه الفروق في متغيري الجنس ولصالح الذكور، والمؤهل العلمي ولصالح بكالوريوس فاقل. This study aimed to identify the level of availability of organizational citizenship behavior among administrative staff in the general directorates of education in the Sultanate of Oman, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (450) employees. The results of the study concluded that the level of availability of organizational citizenship behavior among administrative staff in the general directorates of education in the Sultanate of Oman came to very high level overall, and also came to a very high level in the domains of conscience, civility, and sportsmanship; while he came to a high level in the domains of altruism and civilized behavior. The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) for the level of organizational citizenship behavior among the administrative staff in the General Directorates of Education in the Sultanate of Oman due to the variables of years of experience and governorate, while these differences were found in the variables of sex and in favor of males, and scientific qualification In favor of a Bachelor's degree or less.
