هدف البحث إلى التحقق من فعالية برنامج حاسوبي في تنمية مهارات التواصل لدى الأطفال الصم قبل سن المدرسة، وتكونت عينة البحث من (8) أطفال صم تتراوح أعمارهم من (4-5) سنوات، بدرجات فقدان سمع تتراوح ما بين (71-90 ديسيبل)، واستخدم الباحثون المنهج شبه التجريبي ذي المجموعة الواحدة، وتم تطبيق البرنامج الحاسوبي بهدف معرفة أثر هذا البرنامج في تنمية مهارات التواصل لدى الأطفال الصم من خلال القياس القبلي والبعدي والتأكد من استمرار فعالية البرنامج ما بعد المتابعة، واستخدم الباحثون الأدوات التالية: استمارة جمع بيانات خاصة بالطفل (إعداد الباحثين: الثاني، والثالث)، ومقياس مهارات التواصل لدى الأطفال الصم ويشتمل على (التواصل مع أعضاء الأسرة، والتواصل مع الأقران، والتواصل مع المحيطين في المجتمع، والتواصل مع الموجودين بمؤسسة رعاية الصم) (إعداد: الباحثون) وبرنامج الحاسوب (إعداد: الباحثين: الثاني، والثالث). وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات عينة البحث في القياسين: القبلي، والبعدي على أبعاد مقياس مهارات التواصل لدى الأطفال الصم قبل سن المدرسة لصالح القياس البعدي، مما يدل على فعالية البرنامج الحاسوبي في تنمية مهارات التواصل لديهم، كما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات عينة البحث في القياسين: البعدي، والتتبعي على أبعاد مقياس مهارات التواصل لدى الأطفال الصم، مما يدل على استمرار فعالية البرنامج في تنمية مهارات التواصل لديهم. The research aimed at verifying the effectiveness of a computer based program on developing communication skills among preschool deaf children. The study sample consisted of (8) deaf children aged (4-5) years, with hearing loss ranging between (71- 90 dB) The researchers used the quasi-experimental, one group approach, and the computer- based program was applied to know the effect of this program on developing communication skills among deaf children through pre and post measurement and to ensure the continued effectiveness of the program after following-up. The researchers used the following tools: A child data collection form (Prepared by: The second and third researchers), and a scale of communication skills for deaf children, which includes (communicating with the family, communicating with the peers, communicating with the community, and communicating with those in the Deaf Care Institution) (Prepared by: the Researchers) and the computer based program (Prepared by: The second and third researchers) The results of the research concluded that: There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the research sample in the pre and post measurements on the dimensions of the communication skills scale for preschool deaf children in favor of the post measurement, which indicates the effectiveness of The immediate computer- based program in developing their communication skills, and there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the research sample's scores in the post and tracer measurements on the dimensions of the communication skills scale for deaf children, which indicates the continued effectiveness of the program in developing their communication skills.
