هدفت الدراسة إلى إيجاد العلاقة بين الكفاءة الذاتية وجودة الحياة لدى الأطفال المتلعثمين. تكونت عينة الدراسة من عينه قوامها (40) طفل من مدارس المرحلة الابتدائية (مدرسة الوحدة العربية الابتدائية - مدرسة بدر الابتدائية - مدرسة النيل الابتدائية) من محافظة أسيوط من الأطفال اللذين يعانون من التلعثم في عمر من (7-12) سنه بمتوسط حسابي (9.05)، وانحراف معياري قدره (1.535). اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. استخدمت الباحثة اختبار شدة التلعثم لـ (نهلة عبد العزيز الرفاعي)، ومقياس الكفاءة الذاتية (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس جودة الحياة (إعداد الباحثة). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الكفاءة الذاتية وجودة الحياة لدى الأطفال المتلعثميين. This study aimed to find the relationship between self-efficacy and quality of life among stuttering children. The sample of the study consisted of a sample of (40) children from primary schools (Arab Unity Primary School - Badr Primary School - Nile Primary School) from Assiut Governorate of children who suffer from stuttering at the age of (7-12) years with an arithmetic mean (9.05) and a standard deviation of (1.535). The current research relied on the descriptive correlative approach. The researcher used the stuttering severity test by (Nahla Abdulaziz Al-Rifai), Self-efficacy scale prepared by the researcher), quality of life scale (prepared by the researcher). The results of the study showed that there is a positive correlation between self-efficacy and quality of life for stuttering children. (Published abstract)
