تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق الجودة الشاملة على مناهج مرحلة التعليم الثانوي في السودان، من خلال توضيح مبادئ الجودة الشاملة المطبقة في مناهج مرحلة التعليم الثانوي بالسودان، ومبررات التطبيق، و الإجراءات من أجل تجويد المناهج بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تمثل عينة الدراسة في 50 معلم ومعلمة بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي، تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (Spss) لتحليل نتائج الدراسة. من النتائج المهمة التي توصلت إليها الدراسة الجودة الشاملة تحقق أهداف المنهج وأهداف المجتمع، وفلسفته، وتجربة هذا المنهج وتدريب المعلمين عليه كما تحسن الجودة في المناهج الدراسية، وتقليل الأخطاء في المناهج وتتميز بالشمولية، وتناولها جميع الجوانب المختلفة لمدخلات العملية التعليمية، وتكون قابلة للقياس، ويمكن مقارنة مخرجاتها بالمعايير المقننة للوقوف على مدى جودة المخرجات. بناء على نتائج الدراسة، توصي الدراسة بالتدريب المستمر للمعلمين على المناهج المطورة بالجودة الشاملة، و استمرارية مواكبة المناهج الدراسية للتطورات المعاصرة وإجراء البحوث والدراسات العلمية حول الجوانب المختلفة من تطبيقات الجودة الشاملة في مجال التعليم الثانوي. This study aims to identify the reality of applying TQM to the curricula of the High school education stage in Sudan by clarifying the principles of the total quality applied in the curricula of the basic education stage in Sudan, the justification of application ، The researcher used the analytical descriptive method. The sample of the study was represented in 50 male and female teachers in the high school education stage. The statistical packages for social sciences (Spss) were used t٧o analyze the results of the study. Philosophy, and experience of this approach and the training of teachers it also improves the quality in the curriculum, reduce errors in the curriculum, is comprehensive, and addressed all the different aspects of the inputs of the educational process, and be measurable, and can be compared to the output standards to determine the quality of outputs. Based on the results of the study, the study recommends continuous training of teachers on the curricula developed with total quality, continuity of curricula for contemporary developments, and conducting research and scientific studies on various aspects of total quality applications in the field of high school education.
