يشهد العالم حاليا تطور هائل في مجال تقنيات المعلومات والذكاء الإصطناعي وإنترنت الأشياء وبذات الوقت شهد العالم منذ عام 2020 جائحة عالمية وهي COVID 19 والتي استدعت لتحول كبير في المنظومة التعليمية حول العالم ومن ضمنها دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة التي سعت للتحويل التعليم الى التعلم عن بعد وذلك كتدبير احترازي بسبب الجائحة ومن ثم التحول الى التعلم الهجين . وفي ظل التعلم الهجين تم تحويل بعض الحصص للتعلم الذاتي عبر الإنترنت. الأمر الذي سبب صعوبات للطلاب في فهم الدرس وتحقيقهم لنواتج التعلم وانخفاض دافعيتهم للتعلم. ولهذا تم اقتراح استخدام روبوتات الدردشة الحية الذكية chat bot على طلاب الصف السادس في حصة التعلم الذاتي عبر الإنترنت وقياس أثره من خلال اختبار قبلي وبعدي لقياس تحقق نواتج التعلم بالإضافة لاستبانة استطلاع رأي لمعرفة تأثير الشات بوت على دافعيتهم للتعلم. وأظهرت النتائج وجود أثر ملموس على زيادة دافعيتهم للتعلم وارتفاع ملحوظ على معدل درجاتهم في الاختبار البعدي مما يدل على تحقق نواتج التعلم. حيث ارتفع معدل تحصيلهم في الاختبار البعدي عن القبلي بمقدار 2.4 واظهرت استبانة استطلاع الرأي عن رضى الطالبات على مدى سهولة استخدام الشات بوت بنسبة تفوق ال 90%. The world is currently witnessing a tremendous development in the field of information technologies, artificial intelligence and the Internet of things. At the same time, the world has witnessed a global pandemic since 2020, which is COVID 19, which called for a major transformation in the educational system around the world. Thus, United Arab Emirates sought to transform education to distance learning. In light of on-line learning, some classes were converted to self-learning via the Internet. This caused difficulties for students in understanding the lesson, achieving the outcomes, and decreasing their motivation to learn. Therefore, it was proposed to use smart live chatbots for sixth graders in the online self-learning class. To examine its impact, a pre- and post-test was held, in addition to a survey questionnaire. The results showed a significant effect on increasing their motivation to learn and a clear improvement in their average score, which indicates the achievement of learning outcomes. As their achievement rate in the post-test increased by 2.4, and the questionnaire of the opinion poll on the satisfaction of the students on the ease of using the chatbot showed by more than 90%.
