هدف البحث إلى التعرُّف على واقع المهارات الإداريَّة للقيادات المدرسيَّة في التعليم العامِّ الحكوميِّ، في ضوء معايير الاعتماد المدرسيِّ، وسُبل تطويرها، من وجهة نظر قائدات المدارس في المدينة المنوَّرة، ولتحقيق لذلك استُخدِم المنهج الوصفيِّ المسحيِّ، وتصميم استبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وشمل مجتمع البحث جميع قائدات مدارس التعليم العامِّ الحكوميِّ بالمدينة المنوَّرة والبالغ عددهنَّ (315) قائدة، وتم الحصول على ردود استجابات بنسبة (70%) من مجتمع البحث الأصلي، وتمت معالجة البيانات إحصائياً ببرنامج (SPSS) . وتوصَّل البحث إلى عدَّة نتائج، أهمُّها: 1) واقع المهارات الإداريَّة للقيادات المدرسيَّة، في ضوء معايير الاعتماد المدرسيِّ جاء بدرجة (متوسِّطة)، حيث جاءت مهارة المشاركة في اتِّخاذ القرار في المرتبة الأولى، يليها مهارة الصلاحيات، ثم التحفيز، ثم الاستقلاليَّة، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة مهارة التطوير المهنيِّ. 2) سُبل تطوير المهارات الإداريَّة للقيادات المدرسيَّة، في ضوء معايير الاعتماد المدرسيِّ جاءت بدرجة أهميَّة (مرتفعة). 3) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًّا حول واقع المهارات الإداريَّة للقيادات المدرسيَّة، في ضوء معايير الاعتماد المدرسي بالنسبة لمهارتي الصلاحيات والمشاركة في اتخاذ القرار، تُعزى لمتغيِّر المؤهِّل التعليميِّ، وذلك لصالح حملة البكالوريوس. وفي ضوء النتائج خَلُص البحث إلى عدد من التوصيات، أهمُّها: زيادة تمكين القيادات المدرسيَّة، من خلال تعزيز الاستقلاليَّة وتيسير ممارسة الصلاحيات، مع إتاحة قدر من اللامركزيَّة عند اتخاذ القرار. This research aimed at identifying the reality of administrative skills for public school leaders in the light of school accreditation standards and ways to develop them from the view of school leaderships in Madinah. To achieve this. the descriptive approach was used and a questionnaire as a tool for data collection was used. The research population included all leaders of public education schools in Madinah were (315) leaders. and responses of (70%) of the research population. and the data were processed statistically using (SPSS) program. The research found several results. the most important of which are: 1) The reality of the administrative skills of school leaders came with a degree of (medium) degree. where the skill of participating in decision-making came in the first. followed by skill of powers. then motivating. then independence. while the professional development ranking last. 2) The ways for developing the administrative skills of school leaders came with a (high) degree. 3) There are statistically significant differences of the reality of the administrative skills of the school leaders according of skills of powers and participating in decision-making in the variable of educational qualification where they came in favor of bachelor's holders. In considering the results researched. the researcher recommends. the following: Increase the empowerment of school leaders through enhanced independence and facilitate powers practice. with some degree of decentralization in decision-making.
