تهدف هذه الدراسة إلی توضیح وإبراز أهمیة ومزایا إنشاء واستخدام شبكات المعلومات والاتصالات بالنسبة للأفراد، المؤسسات المعلوماتیة والتعلیمیة، وكذلك سائر مؤسسات وكیانات المجتمعات الإنسانیة. ونحاول جاهدین في هذه الدراسة، أن نبرز ونوضح العدید من المبررات والدوافع التي كانت ومازالت بمثابة عاملا مشجعا لإنشاء وتطبیق التشابك أو المشابكة المعلوماتیة بین الأفراد وكذلك المؤسسات القائم عملها علی إنتاج واستخدام البیانات والمعلومات كمقتضیات رئیسیة تشكل وتكون دورها في المجتمعات البشریة. في ضوء ذلك، تبرز هذه الدراسة الفوائد والمیزات التی تعود علی جمیع أفراد ومؤسسات المجتمع من إقامة وإنشاء الكیانات والتكتلات التعاونیة = الكیانات المتحدة = الكیانات المتشابكة بشكل عام، وأیضا الفوائد والمیزات التي تعود علی مؤسساتنا المعلوماتیة والمكتبیة بشكل خاص من إنشاء وبناء تشابكات معلوماتیة قائمة علی استخدام تقنیات المعلومات والاتصالات الحدیثة. فلشبكات المعلومات دورها بالغ الأهمیة والذي لا یمكن إنكاره وتجاهله بالنسبة لمؤسسات المعلومات والمكتبات الداخلة والمنتمیة إلی تكتلات شبكیة، وكذلك أیضا بالنسبة لقاعدة المستفيدین من هذه المؤسسات. فالهدف الرئیسي من تواجد مؤسسات المكتبات والمعلومات علی اختلاف أنواعها وأحجامها، یكمن في مدی نجاحها في توفير الكم والكیف المناسب من المعلومات لجماهیر المستفيدین منها، بغیة تلبیة الاحتیاجات المعلوماتیة لهؤلاء المستفيدین، تلك الاحتیاجات التي تتطلب تلبیتها السیطرة والتنظیم للكم الهائل من المعلومات والمتاح في أشكال ولغات متعددة ومتنوعة، وقد كان ومازال لشبكات الحاسبات والاتصالات وغیرها من التطورات التكنولوجیة الحدیثة دورها الكبیر الذی لا نستطیع تجاهله فيما یتعلق بالمهام والأعمال وكذلك الخدمات والأنشطة المنوط من مؤسسات المكتبات والمعلومات تأدیتها وتقدیمها حتی یتحقق الهدف المرجو من تواجدها بمجتمعاتنا البشریة. This study aims to clarify and highlight the importance and benefits of the establishment and use of information and communication networks for individuals, information and educational institutions, as well as other institutions and entities of human societies. And try hard in this study, to highlight and explain many of the justifications and motivations that were and still serves as an incentive to create and apply tangles or information networking among individuals as well as the existing institutions work on the production and use of data and information mainly as requirements form and be its role in human societies. In light of this, there is this study the benefits and advantages that accrue to all individuals and institutions of the community of residence and establishment of entities and blocs cooperative = United entities = interlocking entities in general, and also the benefits and advantages that accrue to our institutions of informatics and office in particular, to create and build intricacies of information based on the use of modern information and communication technologies. information networks has critical role which cannot be denied and ignored for institutions and libraries of information entering and conglomerates belonging to the retina, as well as also for the base of beneficiaries of these institutions. The main objective of the presence of libraries and information institutions of different types and sizes, lies in the extent of its success in providing a quantum timely and quality information to the masses of beneficiaries, in order to meet the information needs of these beneficiaries, those needs that require met control and regulation wealth of information available in the form of multiple languages and variety, was still for networks of computers, communications and other modern technological developments substantial role that cannot be ignored with respect to the tasks and actions, as well as services and activities in charge of libraries and information institutions performed and submitted until the desired goal is achieved from the presence Of our human societies.
