يهدف البحث إلى تحديد مدى فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لاعداد العينة في اكساب الطالبات المعارف والمهارات والتي تؤهلهن للعمل في المصانع، وكانت عينة البحث مكونة من 20 طالبة من قسم تصميم الازياء - كلية الفنون والتصميم الداخلي. وتوصل البحث الى ان البرنامج ناجح في تحقيق أهدافه، وينمي المهارات والمعارف التي يتضمنها البرنامج. وأوصت الباحثة: 1) تفعيل البرامج التدريبية لمحاكاة الواقع لسوق العمل .2) مسايرة الاتجاهات العالمية للاستفادة من تقنيات المعلومات الحديثة في عملية التدريب وتنمية مهارات ومعارف الطالبات. The research aims to determine the effectiveness of a training program to prepare the sample in Giving students the knowledge and skills that qualify them to work in factories, and the research sample was composed of 20 students divided Couture - Faculty of Arts and Interior Design. The research found that the program successful in achieving its objectives, and develop the skills and knowledge contained in the program. The researcher recommended 1) Activating training programs to simulate the reality of the labor market. 2) to keep pace with global trends to take advantage of modern information technology in the process of training and development of skills and knowledge of students.
