AU - سلام، عزة محمد حلمي إبراهيم AB - يهدف البحث إلى تحديد مدى فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لاعداد العينة في اكساب الطالبات المعارف والمهارات والتي تؤهلهن للعمل في المصانع، وكانت عينة البحث مكونة من 20 طالبة من قسم تصميم الازياء - كلية الفنون والتصميم الداخلي. وتوصل البحث الى ان البرنامج ناجح في تحقيق أهدافه، وينمي المهارات والمعارف التي يتضمنها البرنامج. وأوصت الباحثة: 1) تفعيل البرامج التدريبية لمحاكاة الواقع لسوق العمل .2) مسايرة الاتجاهات العالمية للاستفادة من تقنيات المعلومات الحديثة في عملية التدريب وتنمية مهارات ومعارف الطالبات.
