هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الممارسة لعملية الاستشارة والعمل الجماعي بين معلمي صعوبات التعلم ونظرائهم من المعلمين العاديين في مدارس منطقة الإحساء الابتدائية. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (135) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي صعوبات التعلم ونظرائهم من معلمي التعليم العام. وقد استخدم الباحث استبيان تكون من مجالين، المجال الأول الاستشارة واشتمل على(14) عبارة، والمجال الثاني العمل الجماعي وتكون من (10) عبارات. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الممارسة لعملية الاستشارة والعمل الجماعي بين معلمي صعوبات التعلم ومعلمي التعليم العام كان متوسطا، كما وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بمستوى (0.05 =a) بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة في متغير الجنس، كما وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فرق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدور الاستشارة والعمل الجماعي في متغير المؤهل العلمي وذلك لصالح الدبلوم العإلى فأكثر، وأظهرت النتائج أيضا وجود تفاعل بين الجنس والمؤهل العلمي. فقد كان في الدبلوم العإلى فأكثر لصالح الذكور، وفي البكالوريوس فأقل لصالح الإناث. This study aimed to identify the level of practice of the process of consultation and teamwork between teachers learning difficulties and their counterparts from ordinary teachers in elementary schools Alhsa region. The study sample consisted of 135 male and female teachers of teachers, learning difficulties and their counterparts from the general education teachers. The researcher used a questionnaire to be of two areas, the first area and included a consultation (14) is, and the second area of teamwork and be one of the (10) phrase. The study results that the level of practice of the process of consultation and teamwork between teachers, learning difficulties and teachers of public education was average, as the results showed no differences statistically significant level (0.05 = α) between the mean of the study sample in the sex variable, as the results indicated there is no difference of statistical significance of the role of counseling and teamwork in variable Qualification for the benefit of the Higher Diploma and above, and the results also showed the existence of an interaction between sex and Qualification has been in the Higher Diploma and more in favor of males, and in the bachelor's or less in favor of females.
