هدف البحث إلى تحديد مستوى سمات التدفق النفسي، ومستوى حالة التدفق الأكاديمي، ومستوى التوجه المستقبلي لدى طلاب جامعة بيشة، والكشف عن العلاقة سمات التدفق النفسي وحالة التدفق الأكاديمي والتوجه المستقبلي، وأيضا الكشف عن النمذجه السببية لعلاقة سمات التدفق النفسي بالتدفق الأكاديمي والتوجه المستقبلي لدى طلاب جامعة بيشة، فطبق مقاييس سمات التدفق النفسي، والتدفق الأكاديمي الصورة المطورة، والتوجه المستقبلي، على عينة تكونت منهم (400) طالبا، منهم (239) ذكور و(161) إناث. توصلت النتائج إلى وجود مستوى دال إحصائيا للمتغيرات الثلاثة سمات التدفق النفسي، وحالة التدفق الأكاديمي، ولتوجه المستقبلي عند مستوى(0.05) لدى طلبة جامعة بيشة، ووجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين المتغيرات الثلاثة عند مستوى (0.01). واتضح أن العلاقة سببية لسمات التدفق النفسي وحالة التدفق الأكاديمي بمتنبئات دالة عند مستوى (0.01)، أما التوجه المستقبلي كانت المتنبئات دالة عند مستوى (0.05)، مما يعني أن أنموذج سببي لسمات التدفق النفسي والعلاقة بين حالة التدفق الأكاديمي والتوجه المستقبلي، وعلاقة سمات التدفق النفسي والتوجه المستقبلي هي علاقة ارتباطية متوازية. The aim of the research is to identify the level of psychological flow traits, the level of the academic flow state, and the level of future orientation among students of Bisha University, and to reveal the relationship between psychological flow traits, the state of academic flow and future orientation, as well as revealing the model of the relationship between the traits of psychological flow with academic flow and future orientation among students University of Bisha, applied measures of psychological flow traits, academic flow, the developed image, and future orientation, on a sample of (400) students, of whom (239) were males and (161) were females. The results showed that there is a statistically significant level for the three variables: psychological flow traits, academic flow status, and future orientation at the level (0.05) among the students of Bisha University, and there is a statistically significant relationship between the three variables at the level (0.01). It turned out that the causal relationship of psychological flow traits and the state of academic flow with predictors of function at the level (0.01), as for the future orientation, the predictors were significant at the level (0.05), which means that the model of the causal relationship between the psychological flow traits and the state of academic flow, and the relationship of psychological flow traits with future orientation is associative parallel.
