هدف البحث إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل آليات تحقيق المتطلبات التربوية اللازمة لتحسين جودة الحياة المهنية لطالبات شعبة الطفولة بكلية التربية بقنا. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث، تكونت عينة البحث من (350) طالبة من طالبات شعبة الطفولة بكلية التربية بقنا خلال العام الجامعي 2020-2021، تم تطبيق استبانة للتعرف على ضرورية المتطلبات التربوية لتحسين جودة الحياة المهنية لطالبات شعبة الطفولة، ومقياس جودة الحياة المهنية لطالبات شعبة الطفولة. توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: تسهم بعض المتطلبات التربوية إسهاما دالا إحصائيا في التنبؤ بجودة الحياة المهنية لطالبات شعبة الطفولة بكلية التربية، انخفاض مستوى جودة شغل الوقت وإدارته بين طالبات شعبة الطفولة كأحد أبعاد جودة الحياة المهنية، توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين جودة الحياة المهنية وبعض المتطلبات التربوية لطالبات شعبة الطفولة بكلية التربية، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جودة الحياة المهنية (الدرجة الكلية والأبعاد) تعزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي، شعور طالبات شعبة الطفولة بكلية التربية بالانتماء والرغبة في المعرفة وتحمل المسئولية والثقة في أحكامهن والرضا عن الحياة والتكيف مع ما يحيط بهن من ظروف العمل، يوجد حجم تأثير متوسط لمستوى الدراسي على أبعاد جودة شغل وقت الفراغ وإدارته، وجودة التعليم، وجودة جماعة العمل من أبعاد جودة الحياة المهنية لطالبات شعبة الطفولة بكلية التربية، يوجد تأثير للمستوى الدراسي على جودة الحياة المهنية لصالح الفرقة الثالثة شعبة الطفولة بكلية التربية، شعور طالبات الفرقة الرابعة شعبة الطفولة بكلية التربية بالإحباط بسبب عدم توافر فرص للعمل بعد التخرج وإحساسهن بالقلق علي مستقبلهن بعد التخرج. The research aimed to present a suggested proposal to activate the mechanisms to achieve the educational requirements necessary to improve the quality of professional life for the students of the childhood division at the faculty of Education in Qena. The research used the descriptive correlation approach due to its susitability to the nature of the research. The research sample consisted of (350) female students from the childhood division of the faculty of education in Qena during the academic year 2020-2021, a questionnaire was applied to identify the necessary of educational requirements to improve the quality of professional life for female students of the childhood division, and a measure of the quality of professional life for female students of the childhood division. The research found a set of results, the most important of which are: Some educational requirements make a statistically significant contribution to predicting the quality of professional life for female students of the childhood division at the college of education, a decrease in the quality of time occupation and management among students of the childhood division as one of the dimensions of the quality of professional life, there is a correlation between the quality of life professionalism and some educational requirements among the students of the childhood division at the college of education. There are statistically significant differences in the quality of professional life (total degree and dimensions) due to the variable of academic level, the feeling of the students of the childhood division in the college of education of belonging, the desire for knowledge, bearing responsibility and confidence in their judgments, and satisfaction with life and adapting to what are the working conditions around them. There is an average effect size of the academic level on the dimensions of the quality of leisure time occupation and management, the quality of education, and the quality of the work group from the dimensions of the quality of professional life for the students of the childhood division in the college of education. The fourth division of childhood at the college of education is frustrated due to the lack of job opportunities after graduation and their feeling of concern about their future after graduation.
