تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل العلاقة بين القيادة الابتكارية والدافعية نحو الإنجاز من خلال الدور الوسيط للثقة التنظيمية، وذلك بالتطبيق على مدارس المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة أملج. وللإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الكمي القائم على تصميم البحث الارتباطي التنبؤي، من خلال الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. وتم تطبيق أسلوب المسح الشامل لكافة أفراد الدراسة، وقد استجاب منهم (121) فردا وبنسبة (87%) من المعلمين في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة أملج. وتم استخدام برنامج أموس (Amos) لتحليل البيانات. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات، كان من أبرزها وجود علاقة طردية إيجابية بين القيادة الابتكارية والدافعية نحو الإنجاز. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الدور الإيجابي للمتغير الوسيط (الثقة التنظيمية) في العلاقة بين الدافعية للإنجاز والقيادة الابتكارية. وأوصت الدراسة بأهمية تشجيع القيادات المدرسية بالاستمرار في تطوير مهاراتهم في القيادية الابتكارية، فضلا عن المحافظة على مستوى الثقة لتحفيز المعلمين على الإنجاز داخل مدارسهم. The study aimed at identifying the role of organizational trust as a mediating variable in enhancing the relationship between the innovative leadership and achievement as viewed by teachers in Secondary Schools of Umlluj Governorate. The study used the quantitative approach based on the design of predictive correlational research to analyses the data collected. The study was applied in a comprehensive method. The sample of the study consisted of 121 teachers representing a ratio of 87% from all Umlluj Governorate secondary schools who were selected randomly. The data were processed statistically using (Spss V.21, Amos V.18). The results showed that the degree of practicing innovative leadership by Secondary School was high, and the level of the organizational trust and the motivation for achievement were high. The findings also showed that there was positive correlational relation between the mediating role of the organizational trust and both innovative leaderships, and the motivation for achievement. The study suggests that secondary schools Principals need to continue to develop their innovative leadership skills, as well as build trust to motivate teachers achievement within their schools.
