هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الركائز الفلسفية والفكرية للقوة الناعمة في التعليم الجامعي المصري المعاصر ومتطلبات تحقيقها، والتي من شأنها أن تسهم في تحسين وتطوير وجودة التعليم الجامعي المصري وجعله أكثر جاذبية لأبنائه على المستوى المحلى والدولي، حيث تزيد قوة التعليم الجامعي المصري الناعمة من قوة المجتمع الذي ينتمى إليه، وتقلل من حدة الصراع الفكري العالمي، وبالتالي إكساب المجتمع المصري مكانه حضارية دولية متقدمة، وتكوين صورة ذهنية إيجابية على المستوى العربي والعالمي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي. ومن ثم جاءت الدراسة الحالية لتتناول القوة الناعمة في محورين يتمثل المحور الأول في دراسة الركائز الفكرية والفلسفية للقوة الناعمة وتشمل المفهوم والأهمية والخصائص والأهداف وأنواع القوة الناعمة وفلسفتها التي تقوم عليها ثم تطرق الدراسة للمحور الثاني ويتمثل في دراسة متطلبات تحقيق القوة الناعمة في التعليم الجامعي المصري المعاصر. The present study aimed to identify the philosophical and intellectual pillars of soft power in contemporary Egyptian university education and the requirements to achieve it, which would contribute to improving, developing and quality Egyptian university education and making it more attractive to its children at the local and international levels, as the soft power of Egyptian university education increases the strength of the society that It belongs to it, and it reduces the intensity of the global intellectual conflict, thus giving the Egyptian society an advanced international civilized position, and forming a positive mental image at the Arab and global levels. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach. Then the current study came to deal with soft power in two axes. The first axis is the study of the intellectual and philosophical pillars of soft power, including the concept, importance, characteristics, objectives, and types of soft power, And the philosophy on which it is based, then the study touched on the second axis, which is the study of the requirements for achieving soft power in contemporary Egyptian university education, its renewal and the introduction of new formulas that enable it to play its role as a soft power for the Egyptian society.
