هدف البحث إلى توضيح دور المشاركة المجتمعية في صنع القرار التعليمي على المستوى المدرسي في ألمانيا وأستراليا، وإلقاء الضوء على أوجه التشابه والاختلاف بين دور المشاركة المجتمعية في صنع القرار التعليمي على المستوى المدرسي في كل من ألمانيا وأستراليا، وصياغة تصور مقترح يسهم في تفعيل المشاركة المجتمعية في صنع القرار التعليمي على المستوى المدرسي في المملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء خبرات كل من ألمانيا أستراليا. توصل البحث للنتائج التالية: 1) من أهم الفرص التي يمكن أن تستغل كأليات لتطوير عملية صنع القرار التعليمي بالمملكة العربية السعودية قيام وزارة التربية والتعليم بالتخلص من العقبات المادية والإدارية التي تواجه عمل الإدارات التعليمية والأقسام التابعة لها في مختلف أنحاء المملكة وذلك من حيث توفير قواعد واضحة ومرنة للاتصالات فيما بينها وقواعد البيانات. 2) تتحرك مستويات صنع القرارات من القمة إلى الوسط إلى القاعدة، حيث تأخذ المملكة العربية السعودية بالطابع المركزي في إدارة التعليم. 3) تفعيل المشاركة المجتمعية في دولتي المقارنة من خلال مشاركة أولياء الأمور والمجتمع المحلى في صنع القرار التعليمي بالمدرسة مما يسهم في تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية بالمدرسة والارتقاء بها. The research aims to clarify the role of community participation in educational decision-making at the school level in Germany and Australia, and to shed light on the similarities and differences between the role of community participation in educational decision-making at the school level in both Germany and Australia, and to formulate a proposed vision that contributes to activating participation community in educational decision-making at the school level in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of the experiences of Germany and Australia, and the research reached the following results: One of the most important opportunities that can be exploited as mechanisms to develop the educational decision-making process in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is that the Ministry of Education gets rid of the financial and administrative obstacles that face the work of educational departments and their affiliated departments in various parts of the Kingdom, in terms of providing clear and flexible rules for communication between them and databases. Activating community participation in the two countries of comparison through the participation of parents and the local community in the educational decision-making in the school, which contributes to achieving the educational goals of the school and upgrading it.
