هدف البحث إلى الوقوف على فعالية برنامج تدريبي مقترح في ضوء منحى (STEAM)؛ لتنمية مهارات التفكير التصميمي ومهارات تطوير مناهج اللغة العربية لدى موجهي اللغة العربية في المرحلة الابتدائية. اشتمل البحث على أدوات قياس وتقويم قبلي وبعدي، اختبار في التفكير التصميمي في مناهج اللغة العربية واختبار مهارات تطوير مناهج اللغة العربية. كما اشتمل على أداة تدريبية، وهي برنامج تدريبي مقترح في ضوء منحى (STEAM) لموجهي اللغة العربية في المرحلة الابتدائية. من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: 1) فعالية تدريب موجهي اللغة العربية على منحى (STEAM) في تنمية مهارات التفكير التصميمي. 2) فعالية البرنامج التدريبي القائم على منحى (STEAM) في تنمية مهارات تطوير مناهج اللغة العربية لدى موجهي اللغة العربية. 3) توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين رتب درجات موجهي اللغة العربية بالمرحلة الابتدائية على اختبار مهارات التفكير التصميمي ورتب درجاتهم على اختبار مهارات تطوير مناهج اللغة العربية. Training of Arabic language educational supervisors is a vital factor in improving educational outcomes in the Arabic language and in developing the planning, performance, and scientific competencies of Arabic language teachers. The aim of the current research is to Measure the effectiveness of a proposed training program in light of the (steam) trend. To develop design thinking skills and the skills of developing Arabic language skills in Arabic language curriculum educational supervisors at the elementary school. The research included: pre-and post-evaluation measuring tools: Design thinking test in Arabic language curricula and Arabic language curriculum development skills measure. It also included a training tool: a proposed training program in light of the (steam) approach for Arabic language educational supervisors in elementary school. The most important findings of the research: 1) The effectiveness of training Arabic language educational supervisors on the STEAM approach in developing design thinking skills. 2) The effectiveness of the STEAM-based training program in developing Arabic language curricula for educational supervisors. 3) There is a statistically correlation between educational skills scores in Arabic language curricula for educational supervisors.
