هدفت الدراسة التعرف على أثر مشاريع مركز تطوير التعليم على تحسين الأداء المدرسي في مدارس التعليم العام في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر العاملين في المدارس، وتمثلت العينة في (1320) من مديري المدارس والمديرين المساعدين ورؤساء الأقسام والمعلمين وأولياء أمور طلاب المراحل التعليمية الثلاثة بمدارس التعليم العام، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة كأداة للدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: 1) أثر مشاريع مركز تطوير التعليم على تحسين الأداء المدرسي في مدارس التعليم العام في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر العاملين في المدارس جاء بدرجة عالية في جميع المحاور والدرجة الكلية. 2) لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين الجنسين حول أثر مشاريع مركز تطوير التعليم على تحسين الأداء المدرسي في مدارس التعليم العام في دولة الكويت. 3) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات عينة الدراسة في تطوير الأداء في جميع الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية تعزى لمتغير المنطقة لصالح العاصمة. The study aimed to identify the impact of the projects of the education development center on improving school performance in public education schools in Kuwait from the point of view of school workers. The sample consisted of 1320 principals, assistant principals, heads of departments, teachers and parents of students of the three educational stages in public education schools, the researcher applied the descriptive method and questionnaire as a tool for study, and the study reached the following results: 1) The impact of the projects of the education development center on improving the performance of schools in general education schools in the state of Kuwait from the point of view of the employees in schools has reached a high degree in all axes and the overall degree. 2) There are no statistically significant differences between the sexes on the impact of education development center projects on improving school performance in public education schools in Kuwait. 3) There are statistically significant differences between the average score of the study sample in the development of performance in all dimensions and the total score due to the variable of the region in favor of the capital.
