هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم التحديات البشرية، والاجتماعية، والاقتصادية، التي قد تواجه التعليم التقني بالمملكة تحقيقا لرؤية 2030، وكيفية مواجهة تلك التحديات. وتبيان متطلبات الرقي بالتعليم التقني، ومدى توافر تلك المتطلبات في كليات التميز للبنات بالمملكة، ووضع آليات لمواجهة تلك التحديات تحقيقا لرؤية 2030. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من الخبراء الأكاديميين بكليات جامعة بيشة، بالإضافة إلى الطالبات الملتحقات بتلك الكليات. استخدمت الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتناولت الدراسة في أدواتها استبانتان موجهة للخبراء الأكاديميين بكليات جامعة بيشة، بالإضافة إلى عينة من الطالبات الملتحقات بتلك الكليات للتعرف على تحديات التعليم التقني من وجهة نظرهم، وسبل حلها. This study aims to identify the most important human, social and economic challenges facing the technical education in the Kingdom in order to achieve the vision of 2030 and how to face these challenges. Then identify the requirements for the advancement of technical education in accordance with the vision of 2030, and the availability of these requirements in the colleges of excellence for girls in the Kingdom, and to develop mechanisms to meet these challenges to achieve the vision 2030. The sample of this study consists of academic experts, field experts in excellence colleges, as well as high school students. This study will use the descriptive analytical approach, using four questionnaires for academic experts, field experts in girls' technical education colleges, as well as a sample of third-grade students in the secondary stage, and female students enrolled in these colleges to identify the challenges of technical education in the light of the 2030 Vision (Preparation of the two researchers). In the end, the researchers develop mechanisms to meet the challenges of technical education for girls in the Kingdom in the light of Vision 2030. (Published abstract)
