يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الظروف المجتمعية التي أدت إلى إنتشار وشيوع ظاهرة الرشوة في المجتمع المصري، وتوضيح أهم أدوار المدرسة التي يجب أن تقوم بها في مواجهة ظاهرة الرشوة. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبيان للتعرف على أسباب تفشي ظاهرة الرشوة، ودور المدرسة كمؤسسة تربوية في مواجهة ظاهرة الرشوة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (300) مديرا ووكيلا ومعلما من مديري المدارس بمحافظة القليوبية. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن عدم كفاية الدخل المادي للفرد يساعده على القيام ببعض التصرفات غير السليمة والشريفة، وأن سوء الأوضاع الاقتصادية يجعل دائما العبء المعيشي شديد على محدودي الدخل مما قد يدفع البعض منهم إلى أخذ الرشوة لتسهيل أمور معينة وأن للمدرسة دور هام بتعريف التلاميذ بأهم المتغيرات المجتمعية وغيرها التي تواجه مجتمعهم للحد من ظاهرة الرشوة وتشجع الطالب على رد الحقوق لأصحابها حتى تصنع منهم جيلا يحرص على الحق ورد الحقوق وعدم تعرضهم لأخذ رشوة وتحثهم على تجريمها وعدم مشروعيتها دينيا وقانونيا. This research aims to identify the societal conditions that led to the spread and prevalence of the phenomenon of bribery in the Egyptian society, and to clarify the most important roles of the school that it must play in facing the phenomenon of bribery, and the research used the descriptive and analytical approach, and the study tool consisted in a questionnaire to identify the causes of the spread of the phenomenon of bribery. The school’s role as an educational institution in the face of the phenomenon of bribery, and the study sample consisted of (300) principals, agents and teachers from the school principals in Qalyubia Governorate. The results of the study concluded that insufficient material income for the individual helps him to do some improper and honorable behavior, and that poor economic conditions It always makes the living burden severe on the low-income people, which may prompt some of them to take bribes to facilitate certain matters and that the school has an important role to introduce students to the most important societal and other variables facing their society to reduce the phenomenon of bribery and encourage students to return rights to their owners in order to make a generation of them keen on the right and response rights and not being subjected to taking a bribe and urging them to criminalize it and its religious and legal illegality.
