يهدف البحث إلى تحديد أوجه الاستفادة من بعض النماذج العالمية لإدارة الجودة الشاملة وإمكانية الاستفادة منها للمؤسسة التعليمية في دولة الكويت وذلك من خلال الكشف عن أهم الأسس النظرية لإدارة الجودة الشاملة، والوقوف على أهم المحددات العلمية للنموذج الأمريكي في إدارة الجودة الشاملة، والوقوف على أهم المحددات العلمية للنموذج الياباني في مجال إدارة الجودة الشاملة، والوقوف على أهم المحددات العلمية للنموذج الإنجليزي في مجال إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالإضافة إلى التعرف على أهم نتائج البحث وآليات الاستفادة من النماذج العالمية. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي حتى يحقق أهدافه ويجيب عن تساؤلاته، وكان من أبرز نتائجه وجود تجاهل لدى قيادات المؤسسة التعليمية بمختلف المراحل التعليمية بدولة الكويت لثقافة الجودة وأهميتها، وجود نظرة متدنية إلى الدورات التدريبية الخاصة بمعايير الجودة والاعتماد، وسيطرة البيروقراطية على بعض الأعمال في المؤسسة التعليمية بمختلف مراحلها. The current research aims to identify the aspects of benefiting from some global models for total quality management and the possibility of benefiting from them for the educational institution in the State of Kuwait by uncovering the most important theoretical foundations for total quality management, and standing on the most important scientific determinants of the American model in total quality management, and standing on the most important determinants. The scientific model of the Japanese model in the field of total quality management, and the most important scientific determinants of the English model in the field of total quality management, in addition to identifying the most important results of the research and the mechanisms of benefiting from global models. There is a disregard for the leaders of the educational institution in the various educational stages in the State of Kuwait for the culture of quality and its importance, a low view of training courses for quality standards and accreditation, and the bureaucratic control of some work in the educational institution in its various stages.
