هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على دور مديرات المدارس الابتدائية بمحافظة بيشة في تفعيل المواطنة الرقمية بأبعادها الثلاثة (الاحترام، والحماية، والتواصل مع الآخرين) لدى الطالبات، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي اعتماداً على استبانة أعدتها الباحثة لهذا الغرض، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظة بيشة، واختارت الباحثة منها عينة عشوائية بسيطة، تمثلت في (390) معلمة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، ومن أبرزها: حصول إجمالي الأبعاد على متوسط حسابي قيمته (3.67) ودرجة تفعيل كبيرة، حيث حصل بعد الاحترام على أعلى متوسط حسابي وقيمته (3.74)، تلاه بعد التواصل مع الآخرين بمتوسط حسابي قيمته (3.72)، تلاه بعد الحماية بمتوسط حسابي قيمته (3.56). The current study aimed to identify the role of primary school principals in Bisha governorate in activating digital citizenship in its three dimensions (respect, protection, and communication with others) for female students. Primary school teachers in Bisha governorate, from which the researcher chose a simple random sample, which consisted of (390) female teachers. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: the total dimensions obtained an arithmetic mean of (3.67) and a high degree of activation, where after respect the highest arithmetic average and its value (3.74), followed by communication with others with an arithmetic average of (3.72), followed by After protection with an arithmetic mean of 3.56.
