AU - الشمراني، نوال حسن AB - هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على دور مديرات المدارس الابتدائية بمحافظة بيشة في تفعيل المواطنة الرقمية بأبعادها الثلاثة (الاحترام، والحماية، والتواصل مع الآخرين) لدى الطالبات، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي اعتماداً على استبانة أعدتها الباحثة لهذا الغرض، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظة بيشة، واختارت الباحثة منها عينة عشوائية بسيطة، تمثلت في (390) معلمة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، ومن أبرزها: حصول إجمالي الأبعاد على متوسط حسابي قيمته (3.67) ودرجة تفعيل كبيرة، حيث حصل بعد الاحترام على أعلى متوسط حسابي وقيمته (3.74)، تلاه بعد التواصل مع الآخرين بمتوسط حسابي قيمته (3.72)، تلاه بعد الحماية بمتوسط حسابي قيمته (3.56). Primary school teachers in Bisha governorate, from which the researcher chose a simple random sample, which consisted of (390) female teachers.
