هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى وعي مديري المدارس الحكومية بالمواطنة الرقمية في فلسطين من وجهات نظرهم أنفسهم، كما هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى أثر متغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، والدورات التقنية على مستوى وعي مديري المدارس الحكومية بالمواطنة الرقمية في فلسطين، والتعرف إلى معوقات ممارسة المواطنة الرقمية من وجهات نظر مديري المدارس الحكومية في فلسطين، وسبل مواجهتها، ولأجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدام المنهج التكاملي الذي يجمع بين المنهج الوصفي والمنهج النوعي، وتم استخدام أداتي الاستبانة والمقابلة، وتم تحليل النتائج باستخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية SPSS. وأظهرت النتائج أن المتوسطات الحسابية لمستوى وعي مديري المدارس الحكومية بالمواطنة الرقمية في فلسطين جاءت بدرجة متوسطة (3.34)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات استجابات مديري المدارس تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، بينما توجد فروق تعزى لمتغير الدورات التقنية، وأن معوقات توظيف المواطنة الرقمية تتمثل في غياب المتابعة الدورية لصيانة أجهزة الحاسوب، وضعف سرعة الإنترنت في المدارس، وعدم رغبة المديرين بتوظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وأن سبل مواجهتها جاءت بعقد الورش التدريبية للمديرين، وتزويد المدارس بشبكات الإنترنت وزيادة سرعتها، وأوصت الدراسة بعقد الورش التدريبية لتوعية المديرين والمعلمين والطلبة بالمواطنة الرقمية، وزيادة الدعم المطلوب مادياً من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم لتوفير شبكات الإنترنت والحواسيب الإلكترونية، وتوعية أولياء الأمور والطلبة بالاستخدام الآمن للتكنولوجيا الرقمية. The study aimed at education in the field of education in the field of education. Digital citizenship from the viewpoints of public school principals in Palestine, and ways to confront them. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the integrative approach was used that combines the descriptive and qualitative approaches, the questionnaire and interview tools were used, and the results were financed using the SPSS statistical package. The results showed that the arithmetic averages of the level of public school principals’ awareness of digital citizenship in Palestine came to a medium degree (3.34). The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of school principals’ responses due to the variables of gender, educational qualification, years of experience, While there are differences due to the variable of technical courses and in favor of many , and that employment obstacles Digital citizenship is represented in the absence of periodic follow-up to the maintenance of computers, the poor Internet speed in schools, and the unwillingness of managers to employ information technology, and that the ways to confront it came by holding training workshops for managers, providing schools with Internet networks and increasing their speed. he study recommended holding training workshops to educate principals, teachers, and students about digital citizenship, increasing the financial support required by the Ministry of Education to provide internet networks and electronic computers, and educating parents and students about the safe use of digital technology.
