This study aimed to identify the level of functional empowerment and its relationship to the creative teaching skills of the teaching staff in “Mihnati” project for integrative education. In light of this, the data was analyzed and the study questions answered, and the most important results: the level of functional empowerment granted to the faculty member was at a high degree and in all its domains, and the level of the creative teaching skills of the faculty member was at a high degree on all its domains, The study also found that there is a positive significant relationship between functional empowerment and creative teaching skills. In light of the findings, the study proposed several recommendations: Adopt functional empowerment for faculty members in the cooperative Education College, and the strengthening of the faculty member to maintain this high degree of Creative teaching skills.
