The Science of Education gains importance because of its role in generating a balanced personality of the instructor and the learner, indeed, the scientific councils have produced great scholars through our Islamic history, which requires research of ideology and methodology of the educational heritage, to invest in the renewal of the educational tools for the teaching of Sharia Sciences. We’ll be discussing the school of modern scholars and its one of the most prominent scholars “The Imam ibn Abd alBarr”. His book “Collector statement of science and virtues "included features of educational heritage curriculum that presents the following elements: Educational objectives: They were divided into cognitive, skill and behavior development Educational content: knowledge required for the student. In addition to the famous methods at that time of presentation, certificating and handling .. Scientists have used three stages as methods of evaluation, whether it is diagnostic, progressive or certificating. Some evaluation methods were used in the scientific councils were: Asking questions on learners, oral tests, holding the debates. The research concluded that these parameters can be relied upon in educational institutions, choosing the most suitable for the target group. (Published abstract)
