هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف تقديرات معلمي التربية الإسلامية لدورهم في توفير البيئة التعليمية الآمنة لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظرهم. بلغ عدد أفراد عينة الدراسة (178) معلماً ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي. ولغايات الدراسة فقد جرى تطوير استبانة تكونت من (23) فقرة. أظهرت النتائج أن تقديرات أفراد الدراسة لدورهم في توفير البيئة التعليمية الآمنة لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظرهم كانت عالية. وأظهرت النتائج كذلك عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في تقديرات أفراد الدراسة لدور معلمي التربية الإسلامية في المدارس الحكومية الثانوية بدولة الكويت في توفير البيئة التعليمية الآمنة لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظرهم تُعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي والخبرة. توصي الدراسة بضرورة وضع خطط لمعالجة المشكلات النفسية والاجتماعية للطلبة. The study aims to know the evaluation of Islamic education teachers for their role in providing a safe educational environment for secondary school students in the State of Kuwait from their point of view. The number of the study sample was (178) male and female teachers who were chosen intentionally. The study followed a descriptive survey method. For the purposes of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (23) items were designed. The results showed that the study members' evaluation of their role in providing a safe educational environment for students, from their point of view, was positive. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the study members' evaluation of the role of Islamic education teachers in public secondary schools in the State of Kuwait in providing a safe educational environment for students from their point of view due to the variable of academic qualification and experience. The study recommends the necessity of developing plans to address the psychological and social problems of students. (Published abstract)
