هدف البحث التعرف على مستوى التمكين الإداري ودوره في تحقيق التطوير الإداري في مديرية التربية بمدينة الحسكة، حيث بلغت عينة البحث (117) عاملا من العاملين في مديرية التربية بمدينة الحسكة، تم سحبها باستخدام طريقة العينة النسبية الطبقية، كما تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) أن مستوى التمكين الإداري للعاملين في مديرية التربية بمدينة الحسكة جاء بدرجة متوسطة، حيث كان المتوسط الحسابي على الدرجة الكلية (2.96)، وذلك تبعا لمحاور الدراسة وفق الآتي: في المرتبة الأولى محور "النمو المهني، وتلاه في المرتبة الثانية محور "الاتصال وتدفق المعلومات"، وفي المرتبة الثالثة محور "فرق العمل"، وجاء في المرتبة الرابعة محور "تفويض السلطة"، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة محور "التحفيز". 2) أن مستوى التطوير الإداري في مديرية التربية بمدينة الحسكة جاء بدرجة متوسطة، حيث جاء المتوسط الحسابي على الدرجة الكلية (2.76). 3) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث على الاستبانة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. 4) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث على الاستبانة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وهي لصالح من لديهم شهادة دراسات عليا. 5) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث على الاستبانة تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخدمة، وهي لصالح من لديهم عدد سنوات خدمة أكثر من (10) سنوات. The aim of the research is to identify the level of administrative empowerment and its role in achieving administrative development in the directorate of education in the city of Al-Hasakah. Search for the following results: 1) The level of administrative empowerment for employees in the directorate of education in the city of Hasaka was a medium degree, where the arithmetic average was on the total degree (2.96), according to the axes of the study as follows: In the first place was the "professional growth" axis, followed by the "communication and flow" axis in the second place Information" and "Work Teams" was at third place, "Delegating Authority" was in fourth place, and "Motivation" was at the last place. 2) The level of administrative development in the Directorate of Education in the city of Al-Hasakah came to a medium degree, where the arithmetic average was on the total degree (2.76). 3) There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the mean scores of the research sample members on the questionnaire due to the gender variable. 4) There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the mean scores of the research sample members on the questionnaire due to the educational qualification variable, which is in favor of those who have a postgraduate certificate. 5) There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the mean scores of the research sample members on the questionnaire due to the variable number of years of service, which is in favor of those who have more than (10) years of service.
