هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى كل من الثقة بالنفس والدافعية للإنجاز لدى طلبة كلية التربية الثانية في السويداء، والكشف عن العلاقة بين الثقة بالنفس والدافعية للإنجاز، وكذلك التعرف على الفروق في الثقة بالنفس والدافعية للإنجاز تبعا لمتغير الجنس. تكونت عينة البحث من (200) طالبا وطالبة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من طلبة كلية التربية الثانية في السويداء، وتم استخدام مقياس الثقة بالنفس (إعداد شروجر، 1990؛ تعريب عادل، 1997)، ومقياس الدافعية للإنجاز لدى طلبة الجامعة (إعداد المصري وفرح، 2018)، وتم اعتماد منهج البحث الوصفي. أشارت النتائج إلى وجود مستوى متدن من الثقة بالنفس لدى طلبة الجامعة، ومستوى متوسط من الدافعية للإنجاز، وعلاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين الثقة بالنفس والدافعية للإنجاز، وعدم وجود فروق في الثقة بالنفس تعزى لمتغير الجنس، ووجود فروق في الدافعية للإنجاز تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور. This research aimed to study the level of self-confidence and achievement motivation among faculty of education students, the relationship between self -confidence and achievement motivation, the differences in self-confidence and achievement motivation according to (sex) variable. A sample of (200) students was assigned randomly from second faculty of education in Al-Swieda. The researcher used self -confidence scale prepared by Shrauger (1990), and the scale of achievement motivation prepared by Al-Masri & Farah (2018). The researcher followed the descriptive method. The results indicated that there is a low level of self-confidence, moderate level of achievement motivation, there is a positive significant relationship between self -confidence and Achievement Motivation, there is no significant differences in self -confidence according to (sex) variable and significant differences in achievement motivation according to (sex) variable for males.
