هدف البحث إلى معرفة الفروق في الفهم القرائي لدى عينة من التلامذة العاديين وزارعي الحلزون المنتمون إلى الصف الرابع في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي، ومعرفة أثر متغير عمر الزراعة في ذلك. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (10) تلامذة (5) من العاديين و(5) من زارعي الحلزون. عمد الباحث إلى إعداد مقياس يتكون من نص قرائي ووضع أسئلة للتعرف على فهم النص ضمن مستويين هما "الحرفي والاستنتاجي"، وأجريت له صدق وثبات. أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق بين متوسطات درجات التلامذة العاديين زارعي الحلزون في مقياس الفهم القرائي لصالح العاديين كذلك وجود فروق بين متوسط درجات التلامذة زارعي الحلزون على مقياس الفهم القرائي لصالح زارعي الحلزون في عمر مبكرة، وفي ضوء النتائج أوصى بعدة توصيات مناسبة. The aim of the research is to find out the differences in reading comprehension among a sample of ordinary students and cochlear implants belonging to the fourth grade in the basic education stage, and to know the impact of the age of cultivation variable on this. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (10) students (5) of ordinary and (5) snail growers, and the researcher prepared a scale consisting of a reading text and put questions to identify the understanding of the text within two levels, namely “literal and deductive”, and it was conducted for its validity and stability. The results showed that there are differences between the average scores of ordinary students and cochlear implants in Reading comprehension for the benefit of ordinary people. There are also differences between the average scores of snail implants students on the reading comprehension scale in favor of cochlear implants at an early age. In light of the results, several appropriate recommendations were recommended. (Published Abstract)
