سعت الدراسة إلى معرفة الكفايات اللازمة لتدريس الطلبة الموهوبين ودرجة تطبيق المعلمين لها من وجهة نظرهم في ضوء متغيرات المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة التدريسية، والتخصص تكونت عينة الدراسة من (23) معلما ومعلمة على الفصل الأول 2019/2020، تم بناء استبانة مكونة من (49) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات (كفايات التخطيط، والتنفيذ، والتقويم، والشخصية، وإدارة الصف) ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج المسحي الوصفي. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق المعلمين للكفايات اللازمة لتدريس الطلبة الموهوبين من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم جاءت مرتفعة ولجميع المجالات. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤ 0.05) لأثر متغيري (المؤهل العلمي، والتخصص) لكفايات تدريس الموهوبين. ودلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤ 0.05) لكفايات تدريس الموهوبين تعزى لأثر متغير الخبرة التعليمية ولصالح ذوي الخبرة التعليمية اكثر من (10) سنوات. The study aims at identifying the degree of applying teachers’ necessary competences to teach gifted students from the perspective of the teachers themselves in light of the variables of the educational qualification, teaching experience, and specialization. The sample of the study consisted of 23 teachers (male and female) in the first semester of the academic year 2019/2020. The researcher developed a 49-item questionnaire which cevers five dimensions: competencies of planning, implementation, evaluation, personality, and class management. To achieve the goals of the study, the survey descriptive research method was used. The results of the study showed that the degree of applying teachers’ necessary competences to teach gifted students from their viewpoint was high and in all domains. The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at (α≤ 0.05) for the effect of two variables of educational qualification and specialization for the competences of gifted education. In addition, the results indicated that there were statistically significant differences at (α≤ 0.05) level for the competences of teaching the gifted due to the effect of the educational experience variable and in favor of those who have more than 10 years of educational experience.
