هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى مربي الأطفال من ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية (الخفيفة والمتوسطة) بالمركز البيداغوجي للأطفال المتخلفين ذهنيا بولاية سطيف، وقد تم الاعتماد في هاته الدراسة على مقياس ماسلاش للاحتراق النفسي في نسخته الخاصة بالمهن الإنسانية (MBI-HSS) وبأبعاده الثلاثة (الإنهاك العاطفي، تبلد المشاعر، نقص الانجاز الشخصي). وبعد تطبيق المقياس وتحليل النتائج، كشفت الدراسة عن وجود مستوى متوسط من الاحتراق النفسي عند المربيين. The present study aimed at detecting the level of psychological combustion among children with mental disabilities (light and medium) in the pedagogic center for mentally retarded children in Setif state. This study was based on the Maslash scale of psychological combustion in its version of humanities (MBI-HSS) the three (emotional exhaustion, sagging feelings, lack of personal achievement). After applying the scale and analyzing the results, the study revealed that there was an average level of psychological combustion in the breeders, and the absence of statistically significant differences in the level of psychological combustion according to the disability variable among educators of children with intellectual disabilities.
